This UX/UI Design Framework captures how I led and organized the full creative process — from early UX explorations and user flows to polished UI systems and implementation guides. Acting as both manager and driver, I built a single source of truth that aligned design, product, and engineering. The result was a scalable framework that not only streamlined collaboration but also elevated consistency, speed, and overall creative quality across the 2025 Event Season.
